The rules that apply when you use our patient portal and clinic services
By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using the DenTech patient portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the portal — you're welcome to book an appointment by phone or in person instead.
The portal lets you book and manage appointments, view your dental records, and update your contact details. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose, and not to attempt to access another patient's account or records.
Appointments booked through the portal are subject to confirmation by our staff. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible, so the slot can be offered to another patient. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book online.
The medical history and personal details you provide help our dentists give you safe, appropriate care. Please make sure this information is accurate and complete, and update it if anything changes — an allergy, a new medication, a change in condition.
Treatment fees are communicated to you before a procedure begins. Prices shown on the portal or website are estimates and may vary based on your specific case, as assessed by your dentist.
We do our best to keep the portal accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DenTech is not liable for delays, data loss, or interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the revised terms.
How we collect, use, and protect your personal and dental health data
To provide dental care and run your portal account, we collect:
We do not use your dental or medical records for marketing purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or dental information. We only share it:
We retain your dental and medical records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, in line with standard recordkeeping practice for dental clinics, so your treatment history remains available if you return to us.
To exercise any of these rights, reach out to us using the contact details below.
The portal uses a small session cookie to keep you signed in securely while you browse. It does not track you across other websites, and no third-party advertising cookies are used.
Where a patient is a minor, their portal account and records are managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be highlighted the next time you sign in.
